Where We Ship From
TEWIKY fulfills orders from two locations:

US warehouse: Selected products stocked in the United States, available for delivery within the contiguous United States.

International warehouse in China: Products shipped internationally to our supported destinations.
Please check the Shipping & Delivery section on the product page for the fulfillment service available for that item. Ordering several products together does not mean that every item will ship from the same warehouse.
Processing & Delivery Time
Most orders require 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or periods of high demand. A different processing estimate stated on a product page applies to that item.
Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
All transit estimates below begin after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Express Shipping provides a faster transit service but does not remove the order-processing period.
US Warehouse Shipping
This service applies to products identified as shipping from our US warehouse.
Delivery area: the contiguous United States — 48 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are outside this US-warehouse service area.

Our international warehouse serves the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore.

Service availability depends on the delivery address and carrier coverage. Available methods and charges are displayed before you confirm your order.
Free Standard Shipping on Orders $49+
Free Standard Shipping applies when your order’s merchandise subtotal reaches $49 USD after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal of the whole order. You do not need to spend $49 separately at each warehouse.

Qualifying Standard Shipping is free for both US-warehouse and international-warehouse shipments to supported addresses.

No shipping code is required.

Express Shipping remains a paid option, including on orders that qualify for free Standard Shipping.

If another currency is available, the applicable currency and qualifying amount are displayed at checkout.
Orders Containing Products from Both Warehouses
You can purchase US-warehouse and international-warehouse products in one order when all selected items can be delivered to your address.
Your order may be organized into separate delivery groups at checkout. Each group follows the transit estimate for its fulfillment location and selected shipping method.
Choosing shipping methods
Where separate options are available, you can choose Standard or Express Shipping for each delivery group. Selecting Express for one group does not automatically upgrade another group.
How shipping charges are calculated
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges may be calculated separately for different delivery groups and combined into the order’s total shipping charge.
For qualifying orders of $49 or more, Standard Shipping is free. If you upgrade any delivery group to Express Shipping, the applicable Express charge is included in your total.
Review the shipping selections and combined shipping amount before confirming your order.
Separate arrivals
Packages may be dispatched and delivered on different dates. The arrival of one package does not mean the rest of your order is missing.
If we divide a confirmed shipment into additional parcels after purchase for fulfillment reasons, we will not charge an additional shipping fee solely because of that change.
Build Your Jewelry Box Orders
Build Your Jewelry Box follows the same shipping and free-shipping rules as other orders.
A $89 six-piece jewelry set qualifies for free Standard Shipping, provided the merchandise subtotal remains at least $49 after any applicable discounts.
Your selected pieces and any separately purchased jewelry organizer may arrive in different packages. The bundle offer does not guarantee that all items will be dispatched together or delivered inside one organizer.

Tracking Your Order
Shipping confirmation and available tracking details are sent to the email address provided with your order.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update after dispatch. Orders sent in separate packages may have more than one tracking number.

Delivery Coverage & Possible Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays and remote-area delivery may affect timing.
Delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, islands and remote locations depends on the service and destination. The US-warehouse coverage restriction stated above still applies.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges.
Amounts collected by TEWIKY are shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be assessed separately by the relevant authority or carrier and may be payable by the recipient. Free Standard Shipping does not itself waive import charges.
Address Changes & Delivery Problems
Check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment or shipping has started.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check with household members, building reception and nearby delivery locations, then contact us for assistance.
For delayed, missing or damaged shipments, email support@tewiky.com with your order number, tracking information and relevant photos. We will help investigate the issue and explain the next steps.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
