Can I mix different jewelry types?

Yes. Choose any eligible pieces shown in the builder and mix earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings your way.

Can I choose different colors or variants?

When a piece has available options, you can choose the variant directly from its product card before adding it to your box.

Can I change my selections before adding the box to my bag?

Yes. Use the remove control in Your Jewelry Box, then choose a replacement before completing your six.

Does a jewelry box or case count toward my six pieces?

No. Packaging upgrades are optional add-ons and do not use one of your six jewelry slots.

What happens if a piece sells out?

Unavailable products and variants cannot be added. If availability changes while you build, you will be asked to choose a replacement.

How do bundle returns work?
