Tewiky fully supports the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt of the original order.

Warranty Terms

1. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to Tewiky.

2. Customers should ensure that items are securely packed before sending them back. Tewiky will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3. When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has to track them. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Tewiky reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or beyond "normal wear and tear" as determined by our jewelry experts.
